Shop Policies - Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping is free across the whole store, the only exceptions to this are on

1) very large items, which will need to be delivered by specialist courier. If this applies to an item you are considering buying, it will say so in the description.

2) Highlands, Islands and Remote areas may incur a surcharge from the courier. If you are from one of these areas please drop me a message and I can check to see if there would indeed be an additional charge.

If in doubt, just message me first and I will quote your exact cost, if any.  

 All parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service.

I am happy to accept international orders - send me a message and I can quote for shipping. If there are any taxes or duties liable these are to be investigated, arranged and paid for by the customer direct to the courier.

 

For non-custom items, refunds are accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the buyer and are returned at the expense of the buyer. Returns must be received without signs of use or damage.

Due to the nature of custom made items I cannot accept returns on these however I have sold over 1000 pieces and have never had an unhappy customer yet! This shop started life on Etsy, where I have over 100 5* reviews, one 4* star review, and never any lower than that. 

 Lead time tends to be 2-3 weeks - you can contact me if you'd like to find out if I can get it to you any sooner, and I will contact you if it is going to take any longer!
